Cheese scones with fresh chives
Organic cheddar cheese scones with fresh chives and a dusting of
mustard pepper & cayenne.
All scones are not created equal.
Mum also makes delicious fruit scones too - but be quick,
they sell out every day...

What better to have with tea than a fruited teacake? Light golden
bread filled with raisins, sultanas and peel. We toast them lightly
and serve with butter and jam.
They taste great with coffee too...
Mum's
Eccles Cake
My childhood memories of Eccles cakes were of a very sweet and sugary,
flaky bun that grandma bought at the local bakers.
Enter Mum's Eccles cakes. Buttery pastry packed with raisins and
a secret - proper!!
