Chef Warren Jones, joins the team at Stray’s

An Executive Chef for the last ten years (Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa where he gained two AA rosettes for his work), Warren describes himself as “a chef for all seasons able to create a mouth-watering menu to suit any palate…”

All good things must come to an end – and so too, this weekend saw the final day at Stray’s for Fiona. She leaves us to pursue her career in medicine with 2011 being the start of her degree course. Fiona has been a phenomenal part of the team with an uncanny ability to be nice, whatever seems to be going on and she showed great skills in many areas of the business – she will be sorely missed! Two good things follow though – firstly, Fiona will be returning during the holidays – we know she doesn’t need the money – she’ll just be missing everyone here! And secondly, we welcome Catherine who started…
